Have had alcohol spilt on it, left out in rain overnight after party, stolen for 2months, dropped while running, and thrown by my ex (shes fiesty😋). Ive only ever, after all its been through, had 2 problems with it. #1, after being yeeted into the carpet(under which is cement) the outer shell had cracked along the button axis, which generally isn't an issue. Harder to take off and put back on and doesnt connect flush with speaker housings. #2, after said yeeting, it would not turn on. I assumed it was dead, which is a fair assumption.. so i put it in a draw where i collect electronic donors for future 'Aha!' moments. It lasted not even a week in that draw before i missed it and realised how much it had became a part of my daily routine - so i took it to the shed. I hesitantly took it apart for the first time and saw that it would not turn on because...... - because, the battery......had disconnected itself 😶 Plugged it in, reassembled it, and away it went! But, with that said, it has a nice crack in the actual bones of it, and was not sealed, therefore the pressure produced by its thumping mini-sub, was escaping and making a 'sniffing' sound. So i "repaired" it -"5minute crafts" style, with a glue stick + lighter. She is going strong. I use it every single day. Even in the shower. It has probably even been more effective as support than my friends with my recent declining everything in life. In short, i would recommend this for sure.
Date published: 2023-10-08

JBL Charge 5 Reviews - page 2

y_2025, m_5, d_7, h_8

bvseo_bulk, prod_bvrr, vn_bulk_3.0.42

cp_1, bvpage1

co_hasreviews, tv_71, tr_985

loc_en_AU, sid_charge5-, prod, sort_[SortEntry(order=RELEVANCE, direction=DESCENDING)]

clientName_jbl

bvseo_sdk, dw_cartridge, 18.2.0, p_sdk_3.2.0

CLOUD, getReviews, 5ms

reviews, product
