Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Harman International Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 84 603 497 187) of 13/7 Rosebery Place, Balmain, NSW 2041 (“Promoter”).

 

2. Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2026 (“Competition Period”).

 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, JBL, Liessshy, TTRACING, Samsung, and any associated agencies, suppliers, contractors or partners connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

 

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is required.

To enter, eligible entrants must during the Competition Period:

Limit of one (1) entry per person per email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be deemed invalid.

Entries must be the entrant’s own original work. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, generated by scripts, or submitted using fraudulent or deceptive means will be invalid.

 

5. Judging

This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

All eligible entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance of the response to the 25 words or less question.

Judging will take place on 2 April 2026 by representatives of the Promoter. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. Prize & Supplier Conditions

6.1 Prize

There will be one (1) winner, who will receive the following prize package valued at $3,128.70 AUD (RRP):

Total Prize Value: $3,128.70 AUD

All values are in Australian dollars and represent recommended retail pricing at the time of publication.

Prize components may vary slightly from promotional images.

If any prize item becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with a product of equal or greater value.

 

6.2 Delivery & Fulfilment

Prize items may be fulfilled and delivered separately by the Promoter and/or participating brand partners.

The Promoter will cover standard shipping costs within Australia only.

The winner must provide a valid Australian delivery address. The Promoter and participating suppliers are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the winner.

Delivery will occur within approximately 30 days of winner confirmation, subject to supplier availability.

 

6.3 TTRacing Specific Delivery Conditions

The TTRacing prize components will be delivered directly by TTRacing to the winner’s nominated address.

Delivery will be arranged via Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. The winner is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and that arrangements are made for safe receipt of the prize.

Neither the Promoter nor TTRacing will be liable for loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been delivered in accordance with ATL instructions.

 

6.4 TTRacing Warranty

TTRacing products included in the prize package come with:

  1. Incomplete set of parts on delivery
     
  2. Any defect(s) of parts during delivery
     
  3. Significant defect(s) of mechanical part(s) such as hydraulics, recline mechanism, and tilt mechanism
     
  4. For electric powered desk – malfunction in lifting motor
     

All warranty claims are subject to TTRacing’s standard warranty terms, conditions, and assessment processes.

 

6.5 General Prize Conditions

The prize (including all components) is:

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

 

7. TTRacing Warranty Inclusion

The TTRacing products included in the prize package come with the following manufacturer warranty:

  2. Any defect(s) of parts during delivery
  3. Significant defect(s) of mechanical part(s) such as hydraulics, recline mechanism, and tilt mechanism
  4. For electric powered desk – malfunction in lifting motor

Warranty claims are subject to TTRacing’s standard warranty terms and assessment processes.

 

8. Winner Notification & Prize Delivery

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or before 10 April 2026 using the contact details provided at entry.

If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant.

The Promoter will cover shipping costs within Australia only.

The prize will be delivered within 30 days of winner confirmation.

 

9. Publicity & Content

The winner is not required to participate in publicity, promotional activity, or content creation.

Any content creation, posting, or participation by the winner is entirely optional and subject to separate agreement.

 

10. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, including Facebook or Instagram.

 

11. Privacy & Marketing

By entering, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from JBL and participating partner brands.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

 

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may prevent an entry from being received.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding.
