DURATION: 7th August 2023 until the 31st January, 2024

Purchase an eligible JBL Headphone model between the 7th August 2023 until the 31st January, 2024 trial it and if you are not completely happy with the fit, sound or product in general, you will have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return it, to the point of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (Excluding shipping if applicable). The eligible product/s must be returned within 30 Days of date of purchase, to the original point of purchase (Specific to the actual store and location to which the original purchase was made or if purchased online from a participating authorised retailer, returned online). Offer available at participating JBL Authorised Dealers including (But not limited to): JB HI FI, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Bing Lee, Rebel and JBL.com.au. Please note – Online resellers and marketplaces including eBay are excluded from this promotion.

This promotion is open to Australian residents only with a legitimate Australian residential address. Applicable customers purchasing an eligible product from the above list and from a participating retailer during the promotion period may return the product to the original point of purchase within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (Minus any shipping costs incurred). The refund amount will comprise of the sum of the amount the Eligible Product/s was purchased for, as shown on the original Proof of Purchase. The refund amount is non-transferable.

A full refund may only be granted if the Eligible product is returned to the store in its original packaging and includes all components, accessories, manuals, cables, charging cases, Earbuds, Fins as provided on the date of purchase. Refund will not be granted if the product is deemed damaged (Includes cosmetic damage, scratches, broken or damaged connections). The retailer at their own discretion can refuse a refund of the product if not returned in its original condition.

This offer is available to one claim per person per household. Any products returned after 30 Days from the purchase date will be deemed invalid and not eligible for refund.

For customers who purchase an eligible headphone on the last day of the promotion being 31^st of January 2024 have until 3^rd March 2024 to return their product if not fully satisfied.
