GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promotion
1. The JBL Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 (“Promotion”) is open to Australian residents only (“Claimant”) who are 18 years and over and fulfill a minimum of one of the four criteria listed below between 1st April, 2026 and 12th June, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) in accordance with these terms and conditions. Purchase of a JBL Headphone from a participating retailer or from jbl.com.au in one transaction during the Promotion Period gives Claimants ten (10) entries into the major prize draw. Post about any JBL product on Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok and add hashtag #JBLTomorrowland gives Claimant one (1) entry into the major prize draw. Register your JBL product for warranty gives Claimant two (2) entries into the major prize draw. Subscribe to the JBL Newsletter gives Claimant two (2) entries into the major draw.
2. Additional entries can be secured by the Claimant, with additional purchases of JBL Headphones in different transactions at participating JBL retail stores or online at jbl.com.au. Ten entries per transaction receipt. If multiple JBL headphones are purchased in one transaction, this counts as a single entry only and awarded 10 x entries per transaction receipt.
3. Additional entries can be secured by the Claimant with additional posts on Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok and adding hashtag #JBLTomorrowland. One (1) entry per post per social platform.
4. To enter the draw, the Claimant must visit jbl.com.au/tomorrowland.html and enter their personal details as well as:
a) Place of purchase, JBL headphone product purchased and purchase receipt number if a headphone purchase has been made during the promotional period. Ten (10) entries.
b) Claimants social media handles for Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook (if applicable) and if Claimant intends to post with JBL product and hashtag #JBLTomorrowland during the promotional period. If Claimant does not wish to post on socials, media handles can be left blank. (1 entry per social channel per post)
c) Claimant can opt to register JBL product via link in this entry form. Two (2) entries into competition.
d) Claimant can opt in to the JBL Newsletter via link in this entry form. Two (2) entries into competition.
e) All valid entries will be assigned a number and entered into a random draw and one winner will be selected via Google Random Number Generator (from the number of entries between 1 and final valid entries).All entrants must be 18 years and over to enter and redeem the prize. Claimant must perform a minimum of one (1) of the four (4) options for their entry into the competition to be valid.
5. The major prize consists of a 5 day trip to Tomorrowland Belgium, held in Boom, departing from the winners closest capital city to Brussels, Belgium on Wednesday 22 nd July, 2026. Winner will depart Boom, Belgium on Monday 27 th July, 2026 to return to Brussels for return flight home to Australia. Prize is restricted to Claimant and their guest who are 18 years of age and over, due to restriction imposed on Harman International in the European Union. All winners will be flown from their nearest Capital City to Brussels, Belgium with a coach transfer to Tomorrowland Festival held in Boom. Claimants must also be available to take the prize on the dates specified and must have a valid passport with 6 months minimum validity. Australian passport holders do not require a visa to travel to Belgium, however if the Claimant carries a passport from a different country to Australia then it is the responsibility of the Claimant to procure and fund a visa for Belgium prior to travel.
6. The major prize consists of a Full Madness Pass and Dreamville Tent accommodation experience at Tomorrowland Belgium for 4 nights from Thursday 23 rd July to Monday 27 th July, 2026 including return economy class airfares from the winners nearest capital city, two-person Dreamville Tent in the Montagoe festival area, transfers from/to Brussels airport to the festival, 3 day Festival entry pass and 100 x Tomorrowland Pearls (Tomorrowland is a cashless event. Tomorrowland currency is Pearls, purchased using a debit or credit card via the Tomorrowland app and loaded to winners wrist band) to purchase food and beverages at Festival. Prize does not include transfer from Winners home to capital city airport, spending money, merchandise or any extracurricular activity undertaken at the Festival. Only Claimants who are 18 years and over can be awarded this prize after proof of age is verified. Claimants travelling guest must also be 18 years and over. The total value of the prize is $20,000 AUD.
7. Where the Qualifying Device purchased in Australia by the Claimant is a genuine JBL Headphone (Over Ear, On Ear, Wired, Open Ear, True Wireless. Quantum Gaming or Junior), purchased from a participating retail channel or jbl.com.au, the claimant must be 18 years or over and must register for the promotion and upload their purchase receipt details at www.jbl.com.au/tomorrowland.html . Claimants who do not purchase a JBL Headphone during the promotion period must perform a minimum of one (1) of three (3) other tasks to qualify for an entry into the promotion. Post your JBL product on Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok and add #JBLTomorrowland and receive one (1) entry per post per channel. Register your JBL product for warranty and receive two (2) entries. Subscribe to the JBL Newsletter and receive two (2) entries. All entries will be checked for validity and all entries deemed valid will be assigned a number and entered into a random draw with the winning entry selected via Google Random Number Generator (from the number of entries between 1 and final valid entries) and one winner will be selected from that entry pool. The winning entry will be selected at 3pm AEDT on Wednesday 17 th June, 2026. The draw will take place via Google Random Number Generator at Harman International Industries HQ at Suite 13, 7 Rosebery Place Balmain NSW 2041. Winners will be contacted in writing via email as well as telephone within 5 days of the major prize draw and has up to 14 days to claim their prize and their last name, initial and postcode will be published in The Australian Newspaper as well as on the JBL Australia Facebook and Instagram Pages on Wednesday 1 st July, 2026. Winners last name, initial and postcode will also be published on jbl.com.au/tomorrowland.html. Winners must be available to travel from Wednesday 22 nd July, 2026 to Wednesday 29 th July, 2026 otherwise their prize is forfeited.
Claim Process
8.To enter the promotion the Claimant must be an Australian resident and must be aged 18 years or over and must complete the official online entry form at www.jbl.com.au/tomorrowland.html (“Entry form”) by no later than 5.00pm AEDT on Tuesday 16 th June, 2026. The Promotional period is 1 st April, 2026 to 12 th June, 2026. The Claimant must provide their name, address, contact phone number, email address, age, serial number of the Qualifying Device (found on the box or on the product of the qualifying device), the store name and location and store purchase receipt number, their social handle (if applicable) and opt to register a device for warranty and/or subscribe the JBL Newsletter via this URL. Claimant is also required to keep their purchase receipt as the winning entry proof of purchase will need to be presented to claim the prize. ALL fields (except for social handles) must be completed for the claim to be valid.
Eligibility
9. To be eligible to enter the promotion and receive ten (10) entries into the competition, the Qualifying Headphone devise must be purchased by a Claimant for personal, domestic, consumer and non-commercial use from any genuine participating store in Australia during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt ebay purchases, trade-in offers, Government sales, or purchases from any other retailer other than participating retailers including non-endorsed online retailers are expressly excluded from this Promotion.
10. The Promotion is open to Australian residents 18 years and over only. Major prize can only be awarded to Claimants 18 years and over. Claimants travelling guests must also be 18 years and over.
11. Employees of Harman, its agencies, sponsor, affiliates, competition supervisors, administrator, and members of their immediate families, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, owners, distributors, advertising/competition agencies, and members of their immediate families (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
12. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of any Claimant or entry form (including the Claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Claimant who submits an entry form that is not in accordance with these Terms or who tampers with the claim process. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter may monitor and record internet protocol addresses of a Claimant when completing the entry form.
13. Incomplete or incorrect entry forms will be deemed invalid. Claimant must perform a minimum of one (1) task as set out in these terms to be eligible for entry into the competition.
14. Retail purchase receipt images must be in one (1) of the following file formats: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF or .PDF and may not exceed five (5) MB and provided to Harman when winner is drawn as final proof of purchase and to validate entry.
15. The Administrator reserve the right to disqualify false Entries or Entries suspected of being false. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner the Administrator, in its sole discretion, will determine the Winner to be the person who owns the winning email.
Limitation of Liability
16. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Claimant and refuse to provide that Claimant with any prize or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the Promoter’s liability for any Qualifying Device), the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) Any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) Any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (d) Any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms; or (e) Any tax liability incurred by a Claimant (f) any personal injury, harm, legal action or detainment incurred by Claimant where behaviour, personal decision or breaking of any law in Australia or European Union outside the parameters controlled and specified by the Promoter are undertaken by the Claimant.
18. All Winners and guests must abide by the terms, conditions, policies of Tomorrowland Belgium, selected airline, and any other third-party service provided as part of the Prize. Promoter, Administrator, airline, Tomorrowland and any of the third-party vendors who provide the services as part of the Prize reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any event or form of transportation to the Competition, Winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the hotel, flight, or transportation or any event that Promoter provides Winner/guest access.
19. Harman reserves the right to remove or deny entry to any event or transportation if the winner and/or their guest is disruptive or acts in a way that is contrary to Harman policies and is deemed with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event that Promoter provides Winner/guest access.
20. The Promoter cannot accept liability for any email links that are intercepted by the Claimants SPAM filters. The Promoter suggests that JBL be accepted as a sender in Claimants email to avoid missing any information pertaining to the promotion or additional information in relation to delivery of the major prize.
21. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of any prizes permitted, provided however that Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Winners cannot assign or transfer their prize to another person or business. Events over the three days of Tomorrowland may change, but substitute events will be of equal value to original event planned.
Collection of Information and Marketing
22. The Promoter may use personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, which may be off-shore, including but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Acceptance of any claim form and the provision of any prize is conditional upon the Claimant providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may, for a period from the end of the promotion to the end date of Tomorrowland (27 th July, 2026), use the information contained in a claim form for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Claimant (“Communications”) in relation to the competition. The Claimant acknowledges that by submitting the Entry Form the Claimant has specifically granted consent to its receipt of any Communications. 23. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
24. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Prize Information:
25. Major Prize. The Major Prize will be awarded to one potential winner (with an additional ticket for their travelling companion) selected from all eligible Claimants entries who participate in the Promotion. The total value for the Major Prize is $20,000 per potential winner; actual value may vary depending on Winner’s city of departure and any difference in value will not be awarded. Total prize pool is valued at $20,000. Winner can bring up to one (1) guest, and guest must be aged eighteen (18) or over at the time of travel on 22 nd July, 2026. Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for Winner and Winners one (1) guest to Tomorrowland Belgium, departing on Wednesday 22 nd July. 2026 and departing Belgium on Monday 27 th July, 2026 . Prize includes return economy class airfares from nearest Capital City to Brussels, Belgium. 4 nights accommodation in a Dreamville Tent in Montagoe area at the Festival. Transfers from Brussels airport via coach to Tomorowland Festival and return. Travel Insurance for full week. 100 Pearls will be loaded to Tomorrowland wrist pass for food and beverage consumption. Any other Food or Beverages consumed on site will be at the cost of the winner. Any purchases made at the Festival including merchandise, gifts, souvenirs, travel or entertainment are at the expense of the Winner. Visa and Passport costs are not covered by this promotion and expenses related to applying for these and valid passport are to be incurred by Winner. Please note: Tomorrowland is a cashless event. Food and Beverages can be purchased via Tomorrowland’s currency – Pearls. Pearls can be purchased using a debit or credit card via the Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 App. 100 Peals will be preloaded to wrist band by JBL. Any Pearl top ups are at the cost of the winner.
26. All expenses and travel costs not expressly stated above are the responsibility of each individual Winner and guest. Delivery of prize and travel arrangements will be made after Promoter verifies that Winner has met all eligibility requirements. Winners and guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation for travel.
27. Unclaimed Prizes and Second Chance Draw. Claimants unable to claim major prize will be forfeited and another prize winner will be drawn from the eligible entries in the prize pool. Each prize winner will be notified within 5 days of the Second Chance Draw date and notified in writing by email and telephone and has 14 days from notification to claim prize and supply Promoter relevant travel information. Major unclaimed prize will be chosen as a second chance draw on Wednesday 1 st July, 2026 at 3pm AEDT at Harman International Industries HQ at Suite 13, 7 Rosebery Place Balmain NSW 2041 from all remaining entries in the prize pool and will be chosen by Google Random Number Generator. Second chance draw winner will be contacted in writing via email as well as telephone within 5 days of the second chance draw date and has 14 days to claim their prize and their last name, initial and postcode will be published in The Australian newspaper as well as on the JBL Australia Facebook and Instagram Pages on Wednesday 16th July, 2026. Winners last name, initial and postcode will also be published on jbl.com.au/tomorrowland.html.
General
28. The Promoter is Harman International Industries (ABN 84 603 497 187) of Unit 13, 7 Roseberry Place, Balmain NSW 2041.
29. Major Prize will be drawn at 3pm on Wednesday 17 th June, 2026. All entries will be reviewed to determine their validity and age of entrant and one winner will be selected at random from the eligible entry pool.
30. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
31. The Promotion is governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law. The Claimant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the tribunals and courts of Australia with respect to any claim or matter arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
32. Schedule of events and ambassador appearances are subject to change without notice.
