Shop with confidence at JBL.com.au. We offer price matching on select JBL products sold on our website. If you find a lower price from an authorised Australian retailer, we’ll match it.
Eligibility Criteria
- The product must be the exact same model and colour.
- The item must be in stock and available online or in-store from a participating authorised Australian retailer.
How to Request a Price Match
- Contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat, Phone, or Email.
- Provide a link or valid proof of the lower advertised price.
- Once approved, we will issue a coupon code for the price difference so you can complete your purchase at the adjusted price.
- Once the coupon has been issued, there will be no further price matching offered.

- Amazon Australia (excluding third-party resellers)

Exclusions
Price matching is not available in the following situations:
- Products sold as part of a bundle (e.g., TV + Soundbar).
- Gift Cards
- Corporate pricing or B2B quotes.
- Volume discounts, commercial quantities or group membership pricing.
- Refurbished or second-hand JBL products.
- Obvious pricing errors or misprints.
- JBL products from unauthorised or parallel importers on marketplaces.
- Interest-free finance or special promotional credit deals.
- Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. retailer cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or coupon code)
- Prices reduced using loyalty points or similar reward systems.
- Offers significantly below standard market pricing.
- Stock liquidations sold by a business placed into receivership.
- We also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location
