JBL Refurbished and Box Damaged Products – Special Terms and Conditions

These special terms apply specifically to JBL Refurbished Products. Unless otherwise stated, all other terms and conditions applicable to the online sale of JBL products and warranty services shall also apply.

1. Definition of Refurbished Products

JBL Refurbished Products may include:

  • Box Damaged Refurbished Products: These are products returned without being opened or used. The outer packaging may show signs of handling such as dust, dirt, or minor scratches.
  • Refurbished Products: These are products that were opened and returned, then remanufactured and tested to meet JBL’s quality standards. Packaging may differ from new retail packaging. While the product is cleaned and fully functional, minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., light scratches) may be present on the product or accessories (e.g., power adapters). Original manuals may not be included.

All refurbished products undergo a rigorous refurbishment process to ensure they meet JBL’s performance and quality standards. Cosmetic imperfections do not affect product functionality. 2. Pricing

Prices and specifications are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to availability and change without notice. JBL does not guarantee the continuation of any listed promotions or pricing. Prices for refurbished products may differ from new or previously purchased items and may reflect minor imperfections or prior use.

3. Errors and Corrections

To the extent permitted by law, JBL is not responsible for editorial, photographic, or typographic errors. JBL reserves the right to correct any errors and update product information or pricing without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, JBL may cancel the order and refund any payments made.

4. Warranty

All JBL Refurbished Products are covered by:

  • A 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless failure results from a defect

5. Returns and Refunds

Refurbished products will be accepted for return if deemed faulty. However, there is no change of mind policy for refurbished and box damaged refurbished products. For all other cases, JBL’s wider return policy will apply.
